Bin Laden Message from the Grave Shows his Softer Side.

A new 12 minute recording by Osama Bin Laden, made shortly before his death, has been released by Al-Qaeda and while the US are focused on his inflammatory remarks, praising the revolutions in Tunisia and Egypt, many in the UK were intrigued to hear about his passion for arts and crafts and his dream that one day he would own a short haired Chihuahua just like the one belonging to Reese Witherspoon in the movie Legally Blond.

While Osama reserved special praise for the uprisings in Tunisia and Egypt, which presented in his words a “rare historic opportunity”, he was quick to add that he hoped these winds of change would not affect access to the high quality knick knacks found in the many bazaars and marketplaces of those countries. In an impassioned plea he asks these nations to remember that a home is not a home without careful interior design considerations. “To many looking in my house probably looks like a high security compound that only a highly trained military outfit could infiltrate, but to me its home. It’s been almost impossible since jihad began to get regular supplies of my favorite things from Habitat or John Lewis so easy access to cheap crap from the middle East has been a godsend when it comes to making this place look lived in.”

Nobody but Osama’s closest aides had any idea about his love for both short and long haired Chihuahua’s but in a very personal moment Osama revealed “I can’t think of anything cuter than carrying around a small dog in a Hermes man bag. I would gladly give the Chihuahua, from Legally Blonde, a home if it hadn’t already been in physical contact with that infidel Reese Witherspoon.
